It's overplayed
They're breaking records , sometimes literally hours after new ones have been set
Its an instant, which is always an advantage, but in this case, its particularly advantageous for anyone who still wants to make Arclight Phoenix happen, but more importantly, you get both the Turn 1 rummage and the mediocre creature with this card, where you have to choose between them with Insolent Neonate
Modern and Legacy will take some time to rebound and regroup from the Grief ban, but the card advantage of Necrodominance seems extremely powerful in a shell which can use those draws to grind away opposing hands for minimal mana cost
