I love this as a powerful sorcery in an Izzet Instant/Sorcery matters deck, where you can Fork this with effects like Mirari and others that are already in there, and you can hit multiple peoples hands and strip out all of the cool nonlands they have while also playing to your theme
151 is an awesome set dont get me wrong but I do think its slightly overrated and obviously leans heavily into nostalgia, which is part of why its so expensive
